Our story

We started Incognito because the old agency model was broken.

Big agencies pitch you the seniors then hand you off to juniors. You pay for a team of twenty and get the attention of one - whoever has capacity that week.

We built something different. Two experienced people, working closely with you, on every project. No handoffs. No dilution. No mystery about who's doing the work.

Between us: Coca-Cola Oceania, Air New Zealand, and some of New Zealand's biggest brands. Based in Red Beach, North Auckland — that experience is what you're buying.

Ten years in advertising agency account service, then seven years as Shopper Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Oceania. Niki knows both sides of the agency relationship better than almost anyone. She has been the client and the strategist.

She brings deep expertise in marketing strategy, shopper and retail marketing, project management, and copywriting. The psychology angle is hers. She has spent years studying how people behave at the shelf, in the scroll, and in the moment of decision.
